How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your NBN Plan
Log In to Your SwiftNet Account
Begin by logging into your SwiftNet online account or mobile app. Ensure you’re using the account associated with your service address.Navigate to Your Service Address
Locate and click on the service address for the NBN plan you want to modify.Access the Settings
In the top-right corner of the page, click on the Settings icon to access your plan management options.Choose "Change Plan"
Select the Change Plan option from the menu. You will see the available options for upgrading or downgrading your plan.Select Your New Plan
Review the available plans, choose the one that best suits your needs, and confirm your selection.
